Just try to upload a clear, well-lit photo where the subject (pet or person) is easily visible. If the background is messy, we will naturally crop it out. If your photo doesn't meet our quality standards, our team will email you to request a new one before we start stitching.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional [ 7-15 ] business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships. Since each item is uniquely personalized with your photos, names, or special dates, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues or a change of mind. Please double-check our Size Chart before placing your order! However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly send you a free replacement.
